Our mission is to rescue and re-home kittens in crisis. We also work hard to ensure healthy felines through education, and advocacy.
Second Chance Kitten Rescue works with other organizations to save today's, and prevent tomorrow's, abused, neglected and homeless animals.
Because we are an in-home rescue, and we both have full time jobs and no volunteers, we are unable to trap mam cats and babies, but we do have a loaner trap program you can utilize.
One last thing! Always remember, to encourage others to help a furry friend find their forever home today, by adopting!
Adopt, don't shop. 🐾

SCKR receives a lot of calls every week with people wanting us to move entire feral colonies out of their neighborhoods. Unfortunately, we do not specialize in this; hence our name, Second Chance "Kitten" Rescue. We do however have a loaner trap program. A $50.00 deposit per trap is required. The funds are 100% refundable after the trap

With 40+ fur babies at any given moment, we do not have enough time in our days to also offer to care for the feral cat population issue in Arizona. We DO NOT accept feral kittens who have not been tamed. If you have the time to catch them, feed them, provide love and teach them to love humans, we will accept babies under 3 months of age, provided we have the space. If they are so young that the fear of humans isn't really present yet, and you are able to hold them, please call us so we can be of assistance.

Unfortunately, we can not post our exact address, because people will drop off any type of animal on our doorstep. As much as we would love to help every breathing creature, we do not have the resources or facility to do so. We provide our address once a meet & greet appointment is made, however the map shows our general vicinity.
If you have a kitten in need of help, please call, text and/or email and we will do our best to assist you.
